Founded by Noah Salzman in 1992, I understand. - Tools for Schools (formerly Salzman Associates) is a leader in working with schools throughout the country in the areas of classroom/behavior management, educational technology and standards and assessment.

We believe that just as in the classroom, personal, hands-on learning and follow-up one-on-one attention will achieve the highest results.

We begin with workshops trained to build teamwork and motivate educational communities. After the workshops, we follow up with on-site coaching and consulting to help teachers, administrators and parents integrate the programs into the school culture.

Finally, we build cohort groups of teacher leaders who assume the role of site experts to insure positive change continues and grows throughout the reform process.
